For the second year in a row, the renowned international law firm Morrison Foerster (better known as MoFo) has partnered with Corporate Counsel magazine to launch a 27-question benchmarking survey of in-house counsel querying organizational, individual, and departmental attitudes and approaches to Environmental, Social, and Governance (or ESG) issues. The resulting report, GCs and ESG: Practices, Priorities and Perspectives, details the survey’s first year of comparative data to reveal year-over-year practical and cultural shifts. In this episode, MoFo partners Stacey Sprenkel and Fredo Silva discuss some of the report’s findings.
